Aptaro AI LLC
Privacy notice
Updated October 8, 2026
This notice explains how inquiry and booking information is handled when you contact Aptaro through this website.
Information you choose to share
When you contact Jim, you may provide your name, email address, company, service interest, and information about a project. This information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your needs, and arrange next steps. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or confidential customer information.
Messages and email
If the contact form opens an email draft, the website has not submitted your message. Your email service sends it when you choose to send the email. The website does not save the draft to browser storage.
If a Tally form is displayed, Tally processes the submission and may store it in the form owner's dashboard and send an email notification. Its handling of data is described in Tally's privacy policy. You can also contact Jim directly by email.
Consultation bookings
If you choose a Calendly booking link, Calendly processes the details you provide to arrange the meeting, including your name, email, selected time, and answers to booking questions. Calendar and meeting services may also process information needed for the appointment. See Calendly's privacy notice.
Hosting and third-party services
The website's hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. A form embedded from Tally, or an external scheduling page, may use its own scripts, cookies, and technical data under its provider's policies.
Aptaro does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this website. Contacting Aptaro does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Access and retention
Inquiry information may be held in the business mailbox, form service, or scheduling service used to manage your conversation. It is used for follow-up and related business records. You can ask Jim to correct or delete inquiry information; some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or required business records.
